Ben Watson On 'Eventful' Game

Ben Watson On 'Eventful' Game

Crystal Palace's Ben Watson reflects on Monday night's 'disappointing' result against Bristol City as he hails young team-mate Lee Hills.

'It was an eventful game against Bristol City on Monday night and we were obviously all very disappointed in the way that it ended.

'The gaffer summed it up with his after-match comments and what he said in the papers about the referee. I think that he'd favoured the home side as well. There were decisions that went their way and we just didn`t get the ones we thought we deserved. But it happens and we have just got to get on with it and focus on the next game.

'As I say, we were disappointed but at the end of the day, we'd lost the last couple of games and to get a point at Bristol City is not a bad result in the end. One point is better than nothing.'
