Ben Watson Delighted At Revival

With the Eagles back in the play-off spots, midfielder Ben Watson expresses his delight at their revival and explains why they are 'playing without fear.'

'We're all buzzing after the weekend. Another good win and we're still in the play-off spots. I think we are just excited more than anything. Especially now that we have got a real chance of getting into the play-offs. There are two big away games coming up but if we can get past them then I don`t see why we can't make it.

'We are nine games unbeaten now. We've hit form at just the right time. It would be nice if we could keep that going until the end of the season. As I've said before, there is no fear or pressure. Hopefully we can give it one last push.

'Sometimes you have to fight to keep the feeling of pressure away. But, because of the way this season started - losing our manager and being 3rd from bottom - things could only get better and the pressure was off.'

It says something about the poor standard of this league if Palace and Charlton are still in contention for a play off spot...!!

This has been one of the tightest seasons i have ever known in the championship. One team will go down with 50 points or more which is unbelievable! Lets hope it's not the mighty Owls!!
will it ever happen
