Butts off to Clowns

Danny Butterfield has left Crystal Palace to join Championship rivals Charlton Athletic on loan for the rest of the season and will be available for recall after 28 days.

Warnock said: 'It was just this morning when I spoke to Phil Parkinson and he was desperate really.

'Danny hasn't been playing regularly at the minute and it just seemed ideal for him to get some games and get me a bit of leeway with the transfers and bringing someone in.'
