Palace's Selhurst Park owners in administration
THE future of Crystal Palace`s Selhurst Park home has been thrown into doubt - after the company which owns the freehold went into administration.
Rock Investment had bought the Eagles` stadium off previous owner Ron Noades in October 2006, and were expected at the time to sell it on to current chairman Simon Jordan.
But no deal was done and now Rock, with debts of around £500million, have gone into administration.
Rock Investment was founded by property tycoon Paul Kemsley. He was still involved with the company when a deal was struck with Noades but is now no longer associated with it.
