Patrick Kisnorbo trials for Palace

Patrick Kisnorbo played the opening 45 minutes of Crystal Palace's first pre-season friendly against Boreham Wood.

The Australian defender was released by Leicester at the end of last season and has been training with Palace in a bid to land a permanent deal.

Derby are also chasing Kisnorbo's signature.

Patrick Kisnorbo turned out for Palace as they ran out convincing 4-0 winners against their non-League opponents.

Midfielder Danny McGuire, who was recently released by QPR, played 70 minutes while Serbian trialist Goran Maric was among the goalscorers.

Johannes Ertl, Kieran Djilali and ex-Boreham Wood striker Simon Thomas were also on target for Palace.
