Warnock NO to Palace exit

Palace boss Neil Warnock turned down the chance to leave Selhurst Park in the summer.

Warnock told the Croydon Advertiser: 'I`ve had good offers in the summer to go elsewhere - but Simon was adamant he didn`t want me to go anywhere.

'If the fans were up in arms and started to have a go at me then I wouldn`t be here - simple as that.

'But I have a sense that all the fans are totally behind me because they know the situation.'
