PFA Championship Team of the Year

PFA Championship Team of the Year Season 2005/06

The PFA Championship Team of the season has been announced, with no Crystal Palace players included. This is hardly surprising given the stop start nature of Palace’s season. Only Emmerson Boyce, a beacon of consistency and quality throughout the current campaign, can perhaps feel aggrieved at not being recognised for his efforts.

Individual accolades matter not to this Palace team however. This season has been about one thing and one thing only. If Palace can successfully negotiate the playoffs the collective rewards of promotion to the Premiership will be theirs. To the victor go the spoils.

PFA Championship Team of the Year:

Marcus Hahnemann (Reading); Garry Kelly (Leeds Utd), Ibrahima Sonlo (Reading), Joleon Lescott (Wolves), Nicky Shorey (Reading); Ashley Young (Watford), Steve Sidwell (Reading), Phil Jagielka (Sheffield United), Jason Koumas (Cardiff City); Marlon King (Watford), Kevin Doyle (Reading).

i think tyson and holt are great! wouldnt want johnson at all!! not a team player and doesnt bring enough to the team!
vertigo_red
I think you'd be quite well off if you had a proven goal scorer in your side.
FEn_100
