Crystal Palace FC have carried a short interview with Steve Parish.

In the interview Parish says that since CPFC2010's take over of the club he hasn't had much time to himself running both companies, but he praises the staff at Palace for making life easier for him as they remain committed to the best for the club and very competent in their daily tasks.
'It's tough doing both, but the club's very well run so I don't have to worry much. I'm really busy at the moment but I think Twitter's an interesting thing, it's another different way that we can go to the fans and build interest really.'
Since trying to involve the fans more and be more open with them, Parish admits he has a backlog of issues raised by Eagles' fans in emails that still need addressing, so despite the strides taken to engage more he realises the job is far from done.
'I've got a lot of emails backed up, so there's things I still need to try and do.'
Parish is also delighted with the work that Dougie Freedman is doing on the pitch, and he appreciates how our form has improved recently.
'I think they're doing a great job, we do need to get better results away from home as we're all concerned about where we are, but nobody's working harder than the guys at the training ground and all the players to make things better.'
With regards to off pitch plans, Parish admits that nothing major has happened in terms of moving stadium, but discussions will continue with the Supporters Trust over the training ground.
'Nothing major has happened since the announcement. The Trust have put something forward to their members about buying the training ground, and that would be brilliant if they could do that, we'll have to see what happens.'
