New Associate Director Appointed

Gary Hillman has joined the club as an Associate Director until the end of the 2011/2012.

Gary is the Managing Director of Hillman property developers and contractors as well as the Chairman of Ryman League Cray Wanderers.

Speaking to Crystal Palace FC Hillman said:

'As a lifelong Palace supporter I am pleased and honoured with my new position in the club.'

Hillman goes on to state that he's been Chairman of Cray Wanderers for the last 15 years and he's hoping his association with Palace now can forge a good working partnership between both clubs, as an added bonus for any Eagles who wish to adopt Cray as their non league team, Season Ticket Holders will now be able to gain free entry to Cray's home games simply by showing their Palace ticket at the gate.

Palace CEO, Phil Alexander added on the appointment:

'We are delighted to welcome Gary on board. As well as the direct benefit to the club, Gary has a wealth of contacts throughout the business community that will be invaluable.'

Alexander adds that the club still have one vacancy left for another Associate Director and should anybody believe they are well suited to the role, they are urged to contact him at Selhurst.

Welcome to the club Gary.
