'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Moxey Has Faith

Dean Moxey has said he is convinced the Eagles will escape relegation this season following our 2-2 draw with Derby at the weekend.

Speaking to Virgin Sport the goalscoring defender believes that the spirit shown by the squad to come from behind twice and maintain our 11 match unbeaten run at Selhurst, is proof in itself that the team will battle their way to enough points to keep us out of the bottom 3 come the end of the season.

'We're very confident about staying up, people like Ambrose and Danns are fantastic players, but we have to keep scrapping.'

The point against Derby puts us four points above the drop zone and with our run in you have to be confident that we'll pick up the points needed to keep that gap in place.
