Ambrose Targets Four Wins For Safety

Ambrose Targets Four Wins For Safety

Darren Ambrose believes that the Eagles can secure their Championship safety by winning 4 of the remaining 8 matches and Darren would rather that be 4 wins on the trot.

Speaking to the Croydon Advertiser Ambrose said:

'We don't want it to go to the wire again. We've got Forest on the last day of the season but hopefully we'll have it wrapped up well before then.'

Ambrose is hoping that our safety can be secured by the Scunny game, leaving us to enjoy the remaining matches without as much pressure on but for that to happen he knows we must improve our away form.

'We can't go through a whole season with only one away win.'

There are some tricky away trips left, but with confidence high and the pressure off away from home, surely it has to click for us and we can pick up the extra points we need.
