Oz Clarke To Open Beer Festival

Presenter and well known alcoholic beverage critic Oz Clarke will open the inaugural Crystal Palace Beer Festival on FA Cup Final Day, the club have announced.

A statement on Crystal Palace FC explained that Palace co owner Stephen Browett had persuaded his mate Clarke to endorse the event, and well, going off what he's like on TV, it's bound to be a blast.

Palace Event Manager Kevin Miller is delighted with how the event is progressing and said:

'We've had fantastic support from the fans and the brewers. Thanks to Stephen, for Oz Clarke to be part of the day is a superb bonus, and I anticipate that this will be a sell out very soon.'

Tickets for the festival which will run from 12pm till 9pm are just £5 when booked in advance and fans will receive a commemorative Palace Festival pint glass.

Tickets are available from the usual sources.
