Murray Would Cost A Mint

Dougie Freedman has tonight rubbished the speculation linking Brighton's Glenn Murray with a summer move to the Eagles.

Speaking to South London Today Freedman completely dismissed the reports as an agent most likely talking up the value of his client, and suggested that Murray would be too expensive for Palace to entertain.

'I know a lot of clubs are in for the kid, he's on a free transfer and I expect Glenn Murray to be too expensive for us.'

So there we go, is Dougie just being coy?
