After our hiccup against Scunny, we now look for 3 points against Doncaster - and Vital Donny were happy to answer a few questions ahead of our visit.
With thanks to DonnyEd.
Is the season going as you expected and what has been the highlight and lowlight so far?
I was expecting a decent season for Rovers and a top ten finish. All was looking good until the New Year and then a horrendous injury list as just crippled the club.
Any transfer window deals that we might not be aware of, but should look out for as at a quick glance you were pretty active in the window?
Probably only Matt Kilgallon, who is currently on loan from Sunderland, will start, of the players that have been brought in since January.
Are you expecting some revenge for the game earlier in the season and how do you rate your chances in terms of the relegation battle?
I think a win will guarantee survival for Rovers but it`s far to close to call at the moment. On the other hand, I think a defeat will see them relegated.
Where do you see your current weaknesses? Any clues will be greatly welcomed :-)
Rovers have got one of the leakiest defences in the Championship and a young inexperienced keeper between the sticks at the moment.
Who will be your key dangerman?
James Coppinger has been the player of the season, chipped in with a few goals and one of the leading players in the division for assists.
Do you believe Palace will survive?
Lose to Rovers and I think you might go down.
What are your thoughts on Dougie Freedman?
Sometimes a player with legendary status at a club doesn`t always make the ideal manager.
It`s been a tough baptism for him and losing a player like Darren Ambrose for a large chunk of the season doesn`t help.
If you could take one of our players, who would it be and why?
You have quite a few players I like, Speroni, McCarthy and Ambrose would be high on my list and I also really like Neil Danns.
Would probably be either Speroni or McCarthy as Rovers need to sort themselves out defensively.
Who do you see as our main threat?
Both Scunthorpe and Preston are in good form, wouldn`t like to rule either of them out of catching one of us up. I do think Sheffield United have gone through the trap door.
Where would you say our current weaknesses are in terms of how you will approach the match?
Your away form is very poor and with a full house behind them at the Keepmoat, I am hoping Rovers can come flying out of the traps.
Finally, a prediction please...
1-1, As long as Rovers don`t lose I will be happy.
