Dagenham & Redbridge Pair On Radar

Dagenham & Redbridge Pair On Radar

Reports in the local press today are linking us with a move for D&R pair Danny Green and Scott Doe.

As Dougie Freedman makes the financial viability of the club an important factor in our future success we all know that he's highlighted the Academy to bring us the stars of the future, but equally he's not adverse to taking the best from lower divisions and giving them a crack at the big time if he believes they can make it and prove useful to the club.

Green and Doe fall into that category, and it's suggested that for Paul Green Sheffield Wednesday and Peterborough are also interested in his services.

You'd expect things to hot up shortly again as transfer moves at Selhurst have gone a little quiet, and I see little reason why if Dougie fancies these two for the squad, why we wouldn't get them.
