QPR Make Ambrose Approach

It's being reported in the press that Queens Park Rangers have made an official approach for Darren Ambrose.

There is no suggested fee at the moment, or any real confirmation from either club that I can see, but it's no great surprise as Neil Warnock tried last summer to take Ambrose with him.

In other transfer news, Notts County are believed to be favourites to sign defender Adam Barrett and the South London Press are claiming a source at Meadow Lane has indicated the deal is close.
