N'Diaye Departs For The Season

Alassane N'Diaye has departed Selhurst Park for the season and joined Southend United until next summer.

The 21 year old midfielder has appeared 42 times for the Eagles since making his debut back in 2009, but the move should give him some much needed experience as Dougie obviously weighs up whether he has a future at Palace and whether he can become the player his earlier promise suggested.

The Southend loan will be his second spell away from the club after he spent the latter period of last season on loan with Swindon.
