On KG returning.

'Brilliant to get it done, we think there's a lot more to come from him. It's great that we can go into the season with the kind of solidarity we ended last season. He's a full international and experienced, it's a signal of intent of what we're trying to do at the club.'

Feeling fan pressure and signings.

'I think you do, you'd be lying if you said you didn't. We all want the same thing and the fans remind of it. We're working on things, if you want to get the right thing, that takes a little bit more work and a little bit more time. That's why things are going a little bit slower than people would like but we are doing our best.'

On season tickets.

'(on nearing 9000) I've pleased with that. I think the fans have shown real loyalty. We're doing a lot to try and improve on and off the pitch, and hopefully that will move more people to come to the games.'

On the ownership learning curve.

'We'll all know what we're doing a bit better. We're still trying to reinvigorate the pride around Crystal Palace and we've still got some way to go to convince everybody we're on the up. We've got to build on it and that's what we'll do.'
