Marrow To Return To Full Training Next Week

Dougie Freedman has said that Alex Marrow is on target for a return to full training next week.

The 21 year old has been on the verge of recovery numerous times before unfortunately breaking down again following his ankle injury back in February.

Hopefully with sensible work over the summer and the time to recouperate without rushing to try and get back for the season, those issues will be behind him now and he'll be able to continue to play a part this season.

Speaking to the Croydon Advertiser Freedman said.

'Alex hasn't been in full training yet, but he has been running these past two weeks and we are hoping he will join in his first full contact session next week.'

In other long term injury news, it looks like Lee Hills could be back within the next month or so.

'Lee is a longer term problem but he is making progress. He's on the mend and we're hoping he'll be training by the start of the season.'
