'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Murray Is An Eagle - Confirmed

The paperwork securing new signing Glenn Murray to his Palace future has been approved by the Football League.

As we know, the 6ft striker has signed a 3 year deal and was instrumental in Brighton's promotion last season finding the net 22 times in 50 games.

Speaking to cpfc.co.uk Murray said of the gaffer.

'Dougie told me what he wanted to do here, and how he wanted to make the club better and move forward. I bought into that.'

Freedman added on his new signing.

'Glenn is a player who I have been looking at for some time and fits the profile for the type of player that I want to add to the squad. He has shown what he is capable of with a fine scoring record.'
