Dougie's Decree - We Deserved The Point
Dougie Freedman believes we more than deserved the point today after seeing the players rally at halftime.
Speaking to Crystal Palace FC following our 1-1 draw with Blackpool the gaffer admitted he was disappointed with the showing in the first half, but was very pleased with the reaction in the second.
'It was a very good secnod half, I was bitterly disappointed with how we played in the first because we are a lot better than we showed. But we've got a spirit in that dressing room combined with a desire not to be beaten and that's what we showed in the second half. I thought the character to come out in the second half and change things around, we deserved to get the draw.'
