'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Murray Pleased With Eagles Opener

Glenn Murray has said he was delighted to get his debut goal for Palace against Blackpool, and now he's looking forward to many more.

Speaking to Newshopper the 27 year old striker admitted he could have had more during the game, but we got the point and he's off the mark and that's what matters.

'I'm happy to get my first. It was nice to get that monkey off my back, I'm a little disappointed I didn't get my second but I thought Gilks made some good saves and there was the one that just kissed the post.'

Now he seems fit and over the injury issues, it should certainly be the first of many for the former Brighton forward.
