Ambrose Delighted With Youngsters

Ambrose Delighted With Youngsters

Darren Ambrose was thrilled with he contribution the youngsters made against Brighton, and he believes they are good enough to move this club on.

Speaking to Talksport after the match, the scorer of our second goal said.

'They are fantastic talents, I see them everyday and they are very special. Sean has just turned 21, while Wilfried was excellent and Jonny, who was making his first league start, put in a fantastic performance - they all did.'

Ambrose adds that there are others at the club, such as Nathaniel Clyne who will shortly be back, and Clyne especially as already garnered plenty of Premiership interest.

Ambrose was also delighted because he believes last season we would've probably crumbled going behind so early on, but the spirit in the camp now is so high and the self belief so evident, that this season we really have a shot of pushing on and coming back into games like we did last night.
