Ambrose Hails Dougie's Attitude
Darren Ambrose has paid tribute to Dougie Freedman's winning influence on the club.
Speaking to the Croydon Advertiser Ambrose said that even though the Burnley result may have been another draw, it clearly shows how far the club has come since Dougie took charge.
'We are doing well at the moment, playing some good football and are unbeaten in eight games. It would be nice to turn the draws into wins, but they were difficult games. The manager has a winning mentality, he had that as a player, and he has installed that in the team since taking over.'
Whilst the play off remain an outside hope this season, Ambrose believes we are now well placed to really push on next campaign.
'Looking ahead, if we can keep the squad together and make a few additions, we will be looking strong for next season.'
