Marrow North Ended

Marrow North Ended

Alex Marrow has returned to Palace and been left in limbo after Preston North End decided they no longer wished to have his services.

The 22 year old had joined the club on loan until the end of the season and had made four appearances but it's rumoured he fell out with their manager, and as such he has now returned to Palace, but is unable to play for us as he is still registered as a Preston player.

It's all a bit messy.

Speaking to yourlocalguardian Dougie said.

'They cut his loan short as, for whatever reason, they did not want him back. And, because it is out of the window he cannot play for us. It's very unfortunate. Alex misses out on playing games, we miss out on a player, and Preston miss out on a player - but they are paying the money so it is their decision. I am really struggling with injuries defensively so it's a real shame.'

Whatever happened, it is a shame as he won't be able to build up his fitness as planned, but if there is a silver lining at least we are near the end of the season and his limbo status won't continue for that long.
