Parish In Clyne Defeat

Parish In Clyne Defeat

Steve Parish has resigned himself to losing Nathaniel Clyne now, and is waiting for talks with prospective clubs.

Speaking to the Croydon Advertiser, Parish said.

'We have long since resigned ourselves to Nathaniel wanting to go. It's just a matter of talking to those clubs interested in him and agreeing a fee.'

Time will tell if it's a move too early for the right back, but it would be difficult to not wish him well.

Hopefully the compensation fee will be significant and the club can use it to reinvest in a player of similar calibre.
