'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Official - Wilbraham Joins Palace

Crystal Palace have announced that Aaron Wilbraham has joined the club on a free for two years.

The 32 year old striker joins us from Norwich after being released at the end of last season, and he is Dougie's third signing for our new campaign.

Speaking to Crystal Palace FC as the deal was announced, Dougie said.

'Aaron is a player who brings with him experience of playing at the top level and one I am hugely looking forward to working with. I'm confident he will greatly improve the side and will be valuable in helping our younger squad members improve their own game as time goes on.'

Starting to take shape now, just wonder if there are any left field targets that haven't hit the rumour mill out there for us?

Goodluck to AW a trier who didnt really get enough chances at city. But he got his goal that meant he has scored in every division. All the best next season
RATPACK
Nice record to have! Hopefully he can add to his Championship record for us!

he will give you 100% everytime EE thats for sure. He didn`t get a great reception when 1st brought in, but totally won everyone over that say it all. How about chris martin? talk this way its between you, millwall and brighton to sign him.
RATPACK
Good to know Ratpack, I think Eagles will warm to anybody as long as they see them showing the effort and determination. Usually when a player shows that, the performances tend to come anyway. Plenty of talk of Martin returning, possibly on another loan deal at one point, but people are torn on him from last season although I didn't think he did too badly to be honest. Wouldn't argue with him returning and giving us a different option to Murray again.

he put the effort in i can assure you. I was one of the knockers when he signed but he made me eat my words lol! Martin has had abit of of an attitude problem when played for us. He`s young enough to sort that out, or someone to help him get a positive attitude.
RATPACK
Sounds very promising then if he won you over. Don't think there are many players these days who don't have an attitude problem lol
