'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Recovering The Wright Way

David Wright has said his recovery from a knee injury midway through last season is going well, although he's not yet fit enough to rejoin the main group in pre season training.

Speaking to Crystal Palace FC the midfielder talked about being back in training, and he said the lads were looking good already ahead of the league kick off.

'I'm still not with the group yet and I'm taking things very slowly, I'm hoping in the next week or so I'll be back with the boys.'

Wright went on to say that each player had their own routine for over the summer to allow them to recover but also to keep a steady level of fitness, and he says it looks like everyone has taken care of themselves properly over the summer judging by the training so far.
