Wright May Return To Gillingham

Dougie Freedman has welcomed David Wright back into the team but admitted that Gillingham are interested in extending the loan spell.

Speaking to the South London Press with Wright going into the squad for the weekend, Freedman said.

'David is back with us and in the squad for Saturday. Gillingham have talked about extending it because he is a good, experienced pro, I'm not sure if he will go back but we'll see. I can't guarantee David playing time but he is a good addition and makes us stronger. I'm quite comfortable with the situation.'

Wright played seven times whilst out on loan.
