We all know the Bolton talk, locals are saying he's been offered a wage very few of us would turn down...surely this game tells us what the future is?
There's talk of a 3 year contract worth £1.5million.
Tempting yes.
We've all heard Dougie's earlier statements about a job half done.
There's now rumours of Steve Coppell returning.
I for one will be seriously disappointed if Dougie cashes in. He's finally got us competitive and at the position he wanted, where we can build on that...does he just take money we can't offer?
With Dougie's association with this club, if that's how he goes...I'll hang my head.
I can't blame him, who could, but it doesn't mean I'll like it and I won't like being lied to.
Come on Doug, money isn't everything, respect however can be.
You know you are loved...don't waste that.
