Holloway Lost For Words

Well that would be a first wouldn't it! Praise for the performance, and for Glenn Murray following the Derby victory.

Speaking to Crystal Palace FC following the game, Holloway said.

'What can I say?

'It was yet another fantastic performance against a good team. They didn't stop from start to finish and the professionalism of my lot and the determination to keep this run going is quite awesome. I have to say it's an absolute pleasure to watch them play at the moment. We're starting to look a bit of a handful.'

Strange choice of the word starting there, we've been more than a handful for many teams for quite a while now, and it's a delight to see.

Holloway also singled Glenn Murray out for special praise following his 15th goal of the season.

'Murray up the middle was absolutely fantastic today. That's seven in three he's scored for me and he was quite awesome. His second goal was as good as I've seen. Delighted for Moritz aswell, another goal for him but I'm very pleased with everyone.'

Table's looking good again, this run will no doubt end at some point, but what a fantastic continuation since Ian came in, all we have to hope is when we do blip with games coming thick and fast is that we bounce back as we know we can.
