Holloway Frustrated, We Should Have Won

Holloway Frustrated, We Should Have Won

Ian Holloway has said we were very good for 75% of today's game, and everybody is disappointed with the draw because we should have won.

Speaking to London24 following the 2-2 draw Holloway said.

'I thought for 75% of the game we were a very good side and the lads are gutted because, like me, they feel we could have won the game. The lads are getting used to the way I want them to play and if we keep playing like we did for long periods of this game we will do very well. Today we got ourselves into a situation to win the match and we've ended up with one point instead of three and that's frustrating. I was very proud of them, their work ethic was excellent and they played some exceptional football in atrocious conditions.'

It's still another point on the board, and Forest were no doubt lifted by the new manager coming in, so we continue to look forward and hope we can keep ourselves in the mix.

And now we have the January window to consider aswell, strengthen appropriately and we really can push on.
