Holloway Jazz's Up Our Defence

Holloway Jazz's Up Our Defence

Palace have today secured the loan signing of Swansea fullback Jazz Richards until the end of the season.

The fullback can also play in midfield, and has taken David Wright's no 3 shirt.

He will be available for our next game against Huddersfield.

Speaking to Crystal Palace FC after joining, the player said.

'Swansea were happy to let me go out on loan and when I spoke to the gaffer here, it was a great opportunity for me. It's a brilliant club to be coming into, sitting in the top six of the Championship. As a player you want to be fighting for a place in the Premier League and hopefully I can play my part in the club getting there.'

The club have also offered a professional contract to defender Alistair Gordon which will come into force from July 1 2013.

Dont be surprised if he is not always employed in fullback role. If we go up - he is one we will look to keep!
