Holloway Pre Brighton

Holloway Pre Brighton

A testing game on Sunday this week, so it's over to Ollie.

Speaking to Crystal Palace FC in his normal pre match press conference, the gaffer talked firstly about the FA charges.

'It's a waste of time taking the judge and jury, so I won't be taking them on. What's the point? You have to look at your behaviour and I was shouting walking on. I have to be some sort of role model. (Zaha) was a silly thing to do, and then he put something on Twitter which is also a silly thing to do. He'll learn and bounce back. Why should they ban him? I don't get it, what's more dangerous a gesture or trying to elbow somebody?'

On the Brighton game, Ollie says he's expecting a tough test, but ultimately it's another game for him, even though he knows how the fans feel about the encounter.

'I'l be proud to take my team there, and it's about trying to secure a result. Both sets of fans will look forward to it, and there will be bragging rights for whoever is successful, and I want that to be us.'
