Dobbie - Experience Can Count

Dobbie - Experience Can Count

As we enter the final few games of the season and hopefully the securing of that vital play off position, Stephen Dobbie has said his experience can help in the dressing room.

Speaking to Your Local Guardian with the knowledge that 5 points from our remaining games should more than see us confidently secure a play off spot, Dobbie says his experience of a pressured end of season campaign and play off run should pay dividends for Palace.

Dobbie of course, if we make it, will be playing in his fourth consecutive play off battle, twice with Blackpool and once with Swansea.

'I have been in this position a few times. The run with Blackpool was great and the win with Swansea was fantastic as I had played the whole season there and scored in the semi and the final - that is my greatest moment.'

This time round will be a little different for Dobbie who will be ineligible if Palace face his parent club Brighton in the semi final, and his loan runs out before the final should we make it.

'So I am talking to the boys about it and just telling them to continue to work together and trust each other. Having the game in hand against Millwall, helps us if the right result doesn't come about on Saturday, but we are confident we can get the result we need.'

Can he pay against unohoo? Anyway - some Palace fans need to "Button it" - and not be so fickle with the Boss and the team! Go up? Luv to! If not? Already got next years season ticket! Have you?
