FC Augsburg Become Final Friendly Of The Summer

Crystal Palace have now arranged our final friendly of the summer ahead of the 2014-15 campaign proper.

We will take on German side FC Augsburg in our final scheduled match and we will travel to the Bavarian city on Friday August 8th for the away friendly.

The game will take place shortly after at the SGL Arena on Saturday August 9 and the game will come one week exactly before we kick off the new Premier League season.

Augsburg finished 8th last season in the Bundesliga, so they should be the perfect opposition to have our final warm up against. Finishing 8th they were one point outside the Europa League qualifying places and only nine points behind Champions League qualified Bayer Leverkusen.

Full first team schedule.

16th July: GAK Graz (A) Won 13-1
23rd July: Columbus Crew (A) 7.30pm (local time)
25th July: Philadelphia Union (A) 7pm (local time)
28th July: Richmond Kickers (A) 7pm (local time)
2nd August: Brentford (A) 3pm
9th August: FC Augsburg (A) 3.30pm (local time)
