Campbell, Caulker & Sigurdsson Bids Accepted?

Campbell, Caulker & Sigurdsson Bids Accepted?

It's being reported today that Palace have had bids for Cardiff's Fraizer Campbell and Steven Caulker, as well as Tottenham's Gylfi Sigurdsson accepted.

Striker Campbell has been rumbling on for a while, and we were said to have submitted our offer following Leicester City meeting his release clause - speculated to be around £700-800,000.

Presumably we met the release back then and that was what gave rise to the rumours linking him with us, so this is possibly old news being recycled.

As for Sigurdsson, there are no firm details here again other than a mentioned.

Reading around the press more though, it's being said that Campbell and Steven Caulker (another link for us) have both been left out of Cardiff's planned trip to Austria, so the suggestion is that both players are now on the verge of deciding their futures, and with Palace being heavily linked to them we are obviously in the mix.

In previous weeks we have of course been named as the front runners for both Wales based players.
