Bolasie Signs Three Year Deal

Bolasie Signs Three Year Deal

With more speculation and claims than you can throw a stick at lately, Crystal Palace have now officially confirmed that Yannick Bolasie has committed his future to the club and signed a new three year deal.

Bolasie was due to be out of contract this summer, and negotiations have been ongoing for a while - not helped by various leaks and claims in the press - but thankfully the main conversations between him and the club have continued smoothly and we now have the result we wanted.

Speaking to Crystal Palace FC after the formalities were done, Bolasie said of the deal.

'I'm delighted I'm here today with it all signed and I'm ready to kick on and play in the best league in the world. I was aware there had been speculation about interest from elsewhere but in my mind I knew it would be best for my development to stay here and play to the best of my abilities.'

Bolasie goes on to say that since joining the club, he feels people can see how he's improved year on year since then and that's just going to be his focus again under this current deal.

Since moving to us from Bristol City back in August 2012, Bolasie has now made 79 appearances for us.
