Another Blow To Palace Survival Hopes?
Unconfirmed reports are circling this morning that Wilfred Zaha could be set for a two month spell on the sidelines once again with speculation he's picked up a knee injury.
London News Online were one of a number to report in the last few hours that they believed Zaha had sustained the injury in the game against Newcastle United and even though he finished the match, his reaction post game to the knock has caused significant concern within the club.
The suggestion is he'll undergo a scan and then more will be known, but the reports say a lay off of up to eight weeks.
As they point out rightly, Crystal Palace are yet to comment but for many the fact it hasn't been denied is the worry.
With Bakary Sako out, Sullay Kaikai loaned out and the first team squad hit by a number of injuries across the pitch Roy Hodgson will be hoping it's nothing major, even if there is something in these reports.
