'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Owie Dowie

After losing his court case against Palace supremo Simon Jordan last week Dowie has been orderd to pay costs.

Ouch! I hear you say, and can I hear laughter too, well this is what happens when you try too pull one over on Simon Jordan, Jordan is a man who always sticks to whats right, and will go to the end of the earth to prove he is right.

Believe it or not I feel for poor Dowie, he has really come unstuck, he should of done his home work into what Simon Jordan is like, if he had gone to some one like Coventry from the start then none of this would of happend, but to go just a few miles away, what was this man thinking of, Jordan wavered the 1m clause so Dowie could be closer to his wife and kids up north, but instead he went to Charlton just a few miles away.

Well the Judge Mr Justice Tugendhat directed Dowie to pay £150,000 'on account' within 42 days to pay for Jordans legal costs, and his on costs must come to around the same, and then in to top it all in November it will be decided how much Dowie should Pay Jordan for the 1 million which was wavered in the first Place, this could prove all to costly for Dowie.

He will have to hurry and turn Coventry into a Premiership side, he needs the bonuses,Poor Ian. (pardon the pun lol)

jordan's ego is far too big for the good of the club. he seems like a shrewd businessman, why buy into a football club in the first place?
