Palace started their pre-season campaign off with a 2-0 win at Chelmsford .

Who let the douge out 'Dougie Freedman' got a brace to give Palace a nice start to their pre-season campain, nearly all of the squad played, bar a couple of injuries, the Dougster scored his first in the 74th minite by lobbing city keeper McKinny, and then on 83 mins oops he did it again thnks to a Shefki Kugi pass.
