As part of the Compass Group, Express Cafés have signed a five year contract worth over £2.5 million with Crystal Palace.
Mark Morris, managing director of Express Cafés told EuFootball.BIZ
'At Express Cafés, we take a completely new approach to catering at stadia.
'Crystal Palace FC is a welcome addition to the football stadiums at which we already offer our catering services,' said Mark Morris, managing director of Express Cafés.
'We have extensive experience in catering at major venues, with our different offers spreading across venues such as the Millennium Stadium, Twickenham and Reading FC as part of our portfolio. At Express Cafés, our aim is to offer a revolutionary new approach that transforms the customer experience.'
'For Crystal Palace FC, we will be creating food courts within the main concourse rather than individual units around the stadium, which will all be clearly branded with their different offers.
'This extended choice, variety and improved quality aims to set this stadium apart from its competitors, completing the guest experience and providing a standard of service of which the club can be proud.'
Palace use to run their own catering, but now thanks to Express Cafes we should see some decent food served up at long last
