Taylor to leave Palace??

Peter Taylor now admits his job may well be on the line, after Palace's 1-1 draw with Coventry, Peter is also not happy at reading how pally Simon Jordan is with Neil Warnock, he told Sky sports,'I am not confident but I just don't know because I have not spoken to Simon. I doubt we will speak before the weekend but he has had a few things on his plate.

'If I'm honest it's not nice when you read that he has been having regular contact with Neil Warnock. But I don't think the fact that we failed to beat an Iain Dowie team makes any difference.

'I hope I am given time because I enjoy the job. I have lots of great memories of Crystal Palace and I would like to be successful here.

'The position we are in is not good enough and I accept that. But I don't think we are that far away from being a good side.

'I was disappointed with the boos because of our performance. I thought they would see that the players had put a good shift in.'
