'If It's Football, It's Vital'

QPR richest club in the world

Firstly good luck to them, its nice to see someone outside the Premiership getting a cash injection.

But its their genuine loyal true fans I feel sorry for, in the years to come when they're fighting for Euro glory etc, I'm afraid they will be priced out, and taken over by the Prawn sarnie brigade, the families will slowly disappear, and they will loose that sparkle of what a football club should be like.

Football is changing fast, and soon there will be no such thing as the casual fan, I remember the seventies and eighties when your team was away playing some dross side, and you could go anywhere in London and watch a game, cant do that no more, well not with the top clubs, were losing our game fast, maybe not in the lower leagues and non league clubs, they might benefit from us going to watch them, as we cant afford the top clubs prices.

I hope for the hoops fans that things will turn out ok, they are a club a lot like us, in many ways, but could now lose their working mans status, I do hope not....

Good article number 1. Couldn't agree more. May spend the end for Loftus Road, a PROPER football ground. More history and culture down the drain if that is going be the case.

Prawn sarnie brigade my arse. Who in their right mind would call Bernie Ecclestone, Flavio Briatore and Mr Mittal as anything but down to earth gentlemen. You would have to live on the moon to think otherwise. Anyone for cheese??

Trust me on this one, a couple of Millions never hurt anyone. :))
