Palace 1-0 Swansea - Report
Swansea came to Selhurst Park having enjoyed plenty of success against us in recent times, including three successive wins at Selhurst Park, but a win saw us beat them for the first time at home since 2008 to end the season on a high.

This one-nil win also saw us secure a record points return from a Premier League season and thanks to other results saw us climb into the top half of the table to finish the season in 10th place, one place higher than the achievements under Tony Pulis last time round.
It's been another amazing season for Palace, and a truly remarkable turnaround as we looked in serious relegation trouble when Pardew arrived in January! But 10 wins from 18 Premier League games saw us, thanks to Everton and West Ham defeats, overtake both and secure that top 10 finish we had hoped for.
Swansea also had a fine season, we ended up two places behind Monk's side, but they offered little throughout with us taking a second half lead though Chamakh (57), only is his second Premier League goal of an injury impacted season, when controlled and then smashed home just ahead of the hour when Dann nodded a Puncheon freekick into his path.
Jedinak and Zaha went the closest for us to doubling the lead but it wasn't needed in the end as the goal just ahead of the hour was enough to see us through to this one-nil win.
The win against Liverpool at Anfield last time round not only saw us end a run of four successive defeats, it saw us end almost 25-years without an away win against them too, this win at Selhurst Park, our first since the Easter Monday win against Man City, saw us end the home season on a high too.
