Cleveland playing there 4th game in 7 days, managed to put the early pressure on, and play some attractive soccer for their fans.

The first half ended o-o but Cleveland never gave up , and their pressure was rewarded with a goal on 79, a great cross from Dana McGregor found the head of Derek Pottiger to put city 1-0 up, at the same time Andy Marshall was sent off for his second bookable offence, Cleveland City couldnt hang on as Crystal Palaces Larry Mark broke through to equalize in the 86th minite to give Palace a share of the points and mark their seventh game unbeaten
